Lilly Bruns
Lilly Bruns is a business administration major in the School of Business Administration, and she is embarking on a qualitative empirical research project. In fall of 2026, her focus is gathering and analyzing cultural artifacts as part of an ethnography.
Dr. Randall Croom
Randall Croom worked in private industry in product management for a life sciences company and in distribution management for a Fortune 100 retailer after completing undergraduate and graduate work at the Sybil C. Mobley School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University.
Alejandra Estrada
Ms. Alejandra Estrada is a business administration major in the School of Business Administration, and is a pre-law student. Ms. Estrada has been working on research in the area of animal rights, and will be conducting a literature review in the fall of 2026.
Eva Hinke
Eva Hinke is a marketing major in the School of Business Administration, and she is laboring on an interdisciplinary empirical inquiry. In fall of 2026, Eva’s focus will be gathering and analyzing literature related to food, diet, and organizational identity and leadership.
Jada Jn-phillip
Jada Jn-phillip is an accounting major in the School of Business Administration, and is the Captain of the Hatmob. A facilitator of a metanalysis scrutinizing entrepreneurial passion. Ms. Jn-phillip will also be working on research related to organizational and brand development during the fall of 2026.
Jeremy Korah
Mr. Jeremy Korah is a business administration major in the School of Business Administration, and is a pre-law student. Mr. Korah has been working on research on the Florida sunshine law, primarily engaging in a literature review during fall of 2026.
MacKenzie O’Dwyer
MacKenzie O’Dwyer is a business administration major in the School of Business Administration, and she is embarking on a quantitative empirical research project. In fall of 2026, her focus is gathering and analyzing literature related to artificial intelligence.
John Rasp
John Rasp attended graduate school at Florida State University, then taught for five years at the University of Alabama before moving to Stetson University.
Hana Saich
Hana Saich is an entrepreneurship major in the School of Business Administration, and has been working on health and leadership. In fall of 2026, her focus is study design related to yoga and similar exercise-related systems and identity development.
Emma Schultz
Emma Schultz is an environmental science major in the College of Arts and Sciences, and she has begun an interdisciplinary empirical project. In fall of 2026, Emma will review the literature related to the environment, human consumption, and connections within and across such system(s).
Professor Daniel Scott
Daniel brings 20 years of technology entrepreneurship industry experience into the classroom through experiential teaching.
Dr. Kevin Taylor
Kevin Taylor has more than 20 years of high-technology industry experience, holding roles from software developer to CTO to CEO. In 2011, the software firm he founded, Obtiva Corporation, was acquired by Groupon (GRPN). He has twice appeared on the Inc 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies (2010, 2011) and in 2010 was nominated for the CEO of the Year award by the Illinois Technology Association. Today, he is actively involved in early-stage venture capital and frequently provides strategy, leadership, and fundraising consulting to small and medium businesses. As an educator, in 2011, he was awarded a Coleman Fellowship for innovation in teaching entrepreneurship to computer science students. In 2024, Taylor won the Outstanding Researcher of the Year Award from the School of Business Administration at Stetson University.
Dr. A.T. Vogel
With experience representing firms and families in litigation as well as transactional matters, A.T. Vogel, PhD, JD, conducts interdisciplinary empirical research and serves as one of the coaches of the Hatter Management and Organizational Behavior (HAT MOB) Student Research Group.
Dr. Meg Young
Meg Young, DBA, is a proud first-generation college graduate and faculty member. Her teaching philosophy is simple: to change the world for the better, one student at a time. Relationships matter! Dr. Young serves as one of the coaches of the Hatter Management and Organizational Behavior (HAT MOB) Student Research Group.
